ASSET CLASSES
Equities
We take long positions across large cap equities and high conviction small and mid cap opportunities, with no fixed geographic allocation beyond the G20. Our equity selection is driven by fundamental analysis, macroeconomic positioning and the conviction to concentrate where the asymmetry is greatest. Primarily focused on the US and major G20 markets, we go where the opportunity is, not where the benchmark tells us to.
Bonds
Our fixed income strategy spans both public and private markets, actively traded where volatility creates opportunity, and held to maturity where yield and stability demand it. We identify and exploit arbitrage opportunities between private and public bond markets, moving capital with precision across the credit spectrum. Bonds at Terralumin are not a defensive allocation. They are an active source of alpha.
Commodities
Our commodities exposure is concentrated and deliberate. Gold forms the cornerstone of our allocation, a store of value, a hedge against uncertainty and an asset that performs when others don't. Complemented by silver and select precious metals, our commodities strategy is not speculative. It is structural, providing portfolio resilience, inflation protection and a counterweight to equity and credit risk across cycles.
Private Credit
Our private credit strategy is asset backed and deliberately concentrated. We lend against property and infrastructure assets across G20 markets, targeting opportunities where traditional lenders are constrained and where the risk reward profile rewards those with the conviction to act. Private credit at Terralumin is not a passive allocation. It is an active, high conviction strategy
